His finger was deliberately not on the trigger every time you saw him. His gun handling was exemplary. The thug who was just released from a mental hospital was spoiling for a fight all day and chose the wrong target.

Yes, both Called by the prosecutor. I thought he was going to have to declare McGuinnis a hostile witness. What a cluster, but good for Kyle.

It was a real pleasure watching his two star witnesses completely exonerate Kyle during the direct examination. If I had been the defense attorney, when asked if I had any cross examination, I would have just turned to the jury, smiled and said, “I don’t think that’s necessary.”

I hope the defense will request not merely dismissal with prejudice, but a judicial finding of “factual innocence” based on the evidence presented by the prosecution. The State needs to be censured for wrongful prosecution.
Will the leftists use this as a new excuse to riot. They probably try it, but winter is coming on, and the recent election signals that the public is fed up with terrorism. A ruling in KR’s favor might even embolden more “militia” to resist the communists, making it not much fun.
