Quiche is nice because it’s good the first night and great either warm or cold for breakfast

That’s good to know, thanks! The one I’m looking at is in the same category as a Thor. For some reason they have $1,500 off now oh, so I think I’ll take advantage. I had the same brand at the other house and know it’s quirks now, I know what not to get at least.
I had a gas oven at the other house. I definitely had to rotate mid baking. I have an electric one here and and the heat is even in all parts of the oven. LOL, I’ll find myself rotating pans and I have to catch myself and look at it and realize there are no parts that are more done than another.

But my mouth is watering knowing you’ll come up with something exquisite when you get here in Tennessee.
Although it could be quite a challenge, I have an oven and a hot plate. But there is a stove in the basement but steps might be difficult with a sore back? And I hate having to run ingredients back and forth.
I’m making some stock to can out of the turkey we had. The hot plate is surprisingly doing a good job on it. I’ll have to go downstairs to use the canner though.
