Mine will be onions and broccoli . theirs as well additionally have mushrooms turkey and bacon —the custard will be eggs heavy cream ricotta and a cheddar cheese and mozzarella mixture
Quiche is nice because it’s good the first night and great either warm or cold for breakfast

But my mouth is watering knowing you’ll come up with something exquisite when you get here in Tennessee.
Although it could be quite a challenge, I have an oven and a hot plate. But there is a stove in the basement but steps might be difficult with a sore back? And I hate having to run ingredients back and forth.
I’m making some stock to can out of the turkey we had. The hot plate is surprisingly doing a good job on it. I’ll have to go downstairs to use the canner though.

since it’s just me, when I make quiche, I freeze portions so I have microwave quiche whenever I want.
