Proby is content now, he was traumatized with the moving, and I had to keep him in the small bathroom when we were moving stuff so he wouldn’t run out. Poor guy.

Mung beans are usually for Chinese dishes, but good 8n other dishes. Alfalfa sprouts are my favorite, good in salad and on sandwiches, and no shells on the beans.
If we’re going to have trouble getting lettuce or whatever, it’s good substitute sometimes.
I hope many other people realize this.
I believe more and more people are waking up each day. Pray it continues and picks up steam next year.
