Then, when the Admin came into office and started ruling with executive orders that amounted to a dictatorship, I began making preparations for hard times of want.
Taking Fornicalia as a prophetic warning, I put electrical alternatives as a top priority... AND - there is no govt $$$ or involvement in the project! I have a few friends that have grid-tied systems; they are saving money on their monthly electric bills, BUT - when the grid goes down so does their solar system. There are ways around that but they are expensive!

I have to admit that I don't understand crypto currencies. I studied Bitcoin and considered buying it when it was worth about $3500... didn't act. Now it is listed at over $60,000. That shows how clever I am. :^,|

I take daily the D3 (5000IU maintenance), and the zinc, quercetin and C dosages listed, and also take Claritin for nasal allergies.....
I do do the same. Can these be taken daily long term? I cant catch a cold and I see improvement in skin and nails. So it seems to be working. I just dont know about long term use.

I think it would be OK; I guess take Calcium & Magnesium along with the other items.
D3 needs Calcium along with it.
If you take the calcium magnesium it should be enough to go along with the D3.
I meant, the calcium magnesium is enough to go along with the D3.
Sometimes they add calcium to the D3, but you could get by with just D3 with no calcium if you had the calcium magnesium combo.
