Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are spotted shopping at Ralph Lauren store and filling up on gas in Vermont as investigation into fatal on-set shooting of Rust cinematographer continues

Alec and Hilaria Baldwin were seen in Vermont on Thursday night stocking up on clothes at Ralph Lauren then filling up on gas before retreating to the private home where they are riding out the storm surrounding his accidental shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

The couple were without their six kids on Thursday when they stepped out in the afternoon. Baldwin, 63, was seen leaving the Ralph Lauren store with a small bag in hand.

He visited the store on Wednesday and returned, likely to make an exchange. Later, his 37-year-old wife was seen pumping gas on their SUV.

In all actuality I'm not blaming Alec, I blame the armorer who gave him a gun without checking it and secondly - why was live ammo on a movie set? Part of the script was for him to shoot at the camera (where a bad guy would be standing). It was not up to Baldwin to check the gun for a live round. Why would he?

PS: I'm not defending him, just stating obvious things a defense lawyer would bring out.

Legally, it IS his responsibility, both as a producer of the film, and as the man holding the gun.

Being an arrogant and stupid sack of sh!t does not remove responsibility for safely handling a firearm, even in the theater.

Actually, according to multiple industry sources, it *was* Baldwin’s responsibility to check the weapon himself. Also, he was the producer, so yes, the blame falls on Arec Bardwin.
