COLUMBIA – It’s a tradition as old as time: homecoming queen.
But this year, Rock Bridge High School made a change in their traditions. Senior Zachary Willmore won the title of homecoming queen. He’s the first boy to win the title.
“It was literally like a dream” Wilmore said. “It was just really special to me.” Zachary Willmore crowned as Rock Bridge High School’s first male homecoming queen
Willmore is a cheerleader on the varsity team at Rock Bridge.
Just young kids having’ a good time. Doesn’t mean it has to push your button.

I thought the name of the town was Rock Ridge, not Rock Bridge. Did the Frisco Kid get elected Homecoming King?

On the plus side, all of the comments so far are negative.
No kidding. Papa’s absence/aloofness is always part of these stories. I’m seeing this in a young relative’s life, witnessing him turn into a girl before my eyes and praying nothing surgical is done (aside from the hormones and makeup already employed). It killed me to hear his very nice and masculine voice turn into a lisp over the phone.

This is the exact point - the kids know what’s what. They’re actually MOCKING the weird old traditions forced upon them - ‘homecoming queen’, really?
I am sure there are plenty of pretty girls there, and even those most lacking in the looks department would have been a better choice, since they are girls. I figure the choice is as much about popularity as looks. The students just chose to go the freak show route, for whatever reason.
I looked up this guy and found an article about him that said he wanted to use TikTok “to make a name for himself” . This stunt should help him with his ambition.
Was he elected queen by the student body? They didn’t need to. He was already a queen.
The kids think they are being edgy and rebellious, but they are just being good little leftist pagans like they’ve been taught.
He will soon find out that we already have an oversupply of freaks and the demand is falling off sharply.....................
