I'm curious why my new post that referenced an article about "racial audits" was suddenly pulled without a stated reason. I not only wasted time filling in all the required fields but also wasted more time posting a somewhat lengthy comment regarding the referenced article. Before pulling a new topic, wouldn't it be better to embargo (instead of delete) the new post and send a notification so the OP can fix the new topic for re-posting? Just a thought.
Didn’t you read the fine print when you signed on?
“No topic that you post on will be tolerated”.
did you try sending an email to the Mods/Admin before this??? why ask us?
I haven’t seen a lot of humblegunner posts lately. I was sort of worried about him. Maybe you are not familiar with him contributions. He’s as rational as any drill sergeant, maybe more.
You can try to avoid drill sergeant attention by being perfect, but sometimes that ticks them off, too. Best to develop a thick skin. AND be perfect. ;-)
That’s a good explanation. Sometime I didn’t notice the warning at the end of an article about copying or posting, until I read it again. I catch it more often than not now.
All your base are belong to us.
No chance survive make your time.
Someone set you up the bomb.
I didn't take it personally but I should not have been playing chicken with those trains - nor eating that sugar-laden cereal. That goes for Boo-Berry too.
Or just ignore.....
Oh wow, you're still trying to bully me but your lame attempts still fall short. Go back to bullying school and try not to fail next time. You're such a credit to the conservative movement - you should run against the senile Sleepy Joe in 2024. You might even win (unless they steal another election). Cheers!
Weak.
After reading 27 responses, it turns out it was all a waste of time...
A Fake News alert would have been appropriate...
The moderator was correct...
However, having rattled his cage, you’d better sleep with the lights on and the front door barricaded... There may be a Zotmobile in front of your house...
Don’t feed it. It only gets worse.
People like humblegunner make me laugh. They're on the internet 24/7, desperately trying to impress some (any) random, anonymous person with their lame bullying attempts. I find it comical.
There's literally nothing "rational" about humblegunner's posts (at least his responses to me). His silly, lame bullying attempts are sad and the very definition of irrational. But he'll continue desperately trying to bully people because that's what those kind of people do.
This is a chronic problem on FR. Pulled posts only give the reason at the link of the published post, which nothing links to after it was pulled. Poster is not provided an explanation thru any other means.
When you post, keep the page up in a tab for a while and refresh it to see replies - or, if it’s pulled, the reason. That’s the only way you’ll see the reason it gets pulled.
The moderator who pulls it enters and submits the reason. Seems FR moderators & administrators are unaware of how the poster normally won’t see that reason. How, after decades, they don’t grasp this...
Weakest.
I had a post pulled from a CBS local station reporting on a McClatchy story. I do wish the mods were more informative on their decisions. I get McClatchy is embargoed, but if another source reports on the story?
Ain’t MY thread got pulled, is it?
Learn to post and grow a pair.
We grasp it. But we really don't have the time nor the inclination (speaking for myself here) to respond to every thread, reply, mail, etc. to get personal with posters. We have quite alot to watch, monitor and handle. Most days are good - some not so good.
I can pretty much guarantee that as a whole, none of us take anything personally. We're posters too.
We handle it and move on with our lives.
So should everybody. Just MHO.
I have had that happen to me a couple of times.
You learn to start looking to see if it is a banned site or not.
It is disappointing when it happens.
You can often find very similar content elsewhere.
But the one thing I do give humblegunner credit for is his steely determination to insult and lamely bully his fellow conservatives on freerepublic. ;)
Hey humblegunner, do you really think it makes sense for you to constantly insult, attack, and try to lamely bully your fellow conservatives on freerepublic? (Let's see whether the wannabe bully humblegunner is capable of responding with even a half-coherent answer.)
