If he’s real nice, he can contact the Kennedy family and see
if Ted’s old neck brace is still around somewhere.
He could wear that magic device and get off. Ted did.

Well, yeah - but what about The Money Card, and the Two-Tier System of Jesters?

That might be the correct terms for new mexico laws
In other places they might not have the same term
Some states might refer to something like this as negligent homicide, just plain old manslaughter, or something else
So wherever you are, what its referred to in your neck of the woods, it might be something else generally equivalent

Ted’s family had a bit more “oomphf” behind it than the Baldwins have

Yeah, in the state in that time, they were pretty well
ensconced.

He won’t be charged. He’s a celebrity.

Baldwin has Hollywood and future potential film production in New Mexico behind him. I expect NM Democrats can’t wait to sweep this murder under the rug.

I posted Andrew Branca's original analysis last week.

Long article. I can some everything up in a couple of sentences. No matter what ever comes out, Alec Baldwin is responsible for killing that woman. He took the gun, didn’t check to see if it was safe, pointed it at someone and pulled the trigger.

This time an actor will not be tried in L.A. so he won’t have home court advantage like Bobby Blake, Michael Jackson and so many others who have gotten a walk just for being celebs.
Besides, he is a C lister. If it was not for his so-so imitations of Donald Trump on snl he would only be known as the president of F.A.G. on Team America.

As much as I hate and disrespect this jerk, he didn’t mean to kill her.

I dont think its murder, i dont think he had intent to kill
But he could have not been fooling around and been practicing, and fired at someone when he knows you dont do that
Or he could have been fooling around and fired at someone
Its either manslaughte or negligent homicide or whatever the equivalents are in NM

"Frankly, the intensity of these efforts suggests to me that they are part of an orchestrated crisis management initiative put into play on Baldwin’s behalf..." Yep, exactly.

Thank you for your analysis. Fascinating reading. Wonder what the courts (notice I didn’t say justice system) will “decide”.
