might I suggest vit b3 niacin (flush) It should reduce your hypertension. Regulates your adrenal gland which excretes Adrenaline originated creates andrenochrome. Andrenochrome causes hypertension.

not really ... i think the HCQ & IVR are the most important parts of the zelenko protocol in terms of prescriptions, aside from the value of the supplements ...
sounds like you’re allergic to a whole panoply of antibiotics ... pretty much any antibiotic you’re NOT allergic too MIGHT be useful as part of the triple zenlenko protocol, though i personally feel the zith is at least as important as a pulmonary anti-inflammatory than as an antibiotic, if not more so ...
plus, bottom line, now that the monoclonal antibody infusions are now finally generally available, that they’re most likely even more effective (and quicker) than the zelenko protocol anyway ...
