According to a local councilor, his "whole garden, garden umbrellas, and him" were "covered" in poop.
The councilor said that frozen sewage falling from the sky isn't unheard of, but this unfortunate ordeal is much rarer.

The unfortunate incident, in which a plane "discharged sewage," took place in July, according to the minutes of Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead's most recent aviation forum.
"His whole garden was splattered in a very unpleasant way," said Karen Davies, ward councilor for Clewer East, during the October 14 meeting. "He was out in his garden at the time and it was a really horrible, horrible experience," the local lawmaker continued.
The "whole garden, garden umbrellas, and him" were "covered" in poop, Davies explained. "It's absolutely dreadful,"
According to the Maidenhead Advertiser, the Windsor resident was unable to claim any insurance from the ordeal as the cost of the damage was relatively low.

Plane was probably flying at a relatively low altitude; I’ve seen that stuff freeze solid (despite the antifreeze they put in it) at higher altitudes even during summer. Lucky he didn’t get hit with a solid chunk.
He’s lucky it wasn’t a big frozen chunk landing on him.

Considering he’s a local lawmaker, I have a feeling he has some contacts that will help him get compensated.

Aircraft are tracked and the size of the spill will narrow down the aircraft type. Time of hit will give good idea of a specific airplane. Once that is determined, said airline owner would be wise to be forthcoming with damage cleanup / payment lest their reputation gets the SHTF publicity. Not expert on UK laws but if this happened here in USofA, there would be FAA and other (EPA?) violations.

I’m thinking he should be suing the airline.
Biological waist can be dangerous. But he has to identify the exact entity to sue.
