Senator Joe Manchin swiftly denied a report he is considering leaving the Democratic party.
Mother Jones reported Wednesday Manchin has been talking to associates about leaving the party, which set off a whirlwind of political speculation — and skepticism.
Manchin was asked by reporters about this and said rather bluntly, “I can’t control rumors, and it’s bullshit. Bullshit spelled with a B-U-L-L, capital B!”
Joe needs to go.
Why should he switch. Republicans keep him in office.

He was at odds with the Democrats; now he will be trying to prove he is a good Democrat and support their Socialist agenda.

You’re wrong. Manchin isn’t budging. They’ve already took out IRS bank account snooping, free community college and will leave fossil fuels alone for now.
Manchin is a great American.
And vehemently so.

He’ll have the Democratic Nomination in his pocket if he holds his line. They’ll realize that he’s the only candidate that could beat President Trump.

He owns the Democrats right now. His power base is blue collar West Virginia which is a LOT of coal miners.
He will agree to something in the end but it going to be a lot less then the Marxist wing of the Democrats wanted
It makes no sense to leave a party where he alone control the deciding vote to join the party with 4-5 other squish “moderates”
