Joe Biden's vax-mandate minions are behind it and Joe's fingerprints are all over it.
It's not just nurses, firefighters, cops, military troops, and airline pilots who are getting fired over rigid COVID vaccine mandates.
Now it's nuclear scientists with highly specialized knowledge and top-secret security clearances:
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — Workers at one of the nation’s premier nuclear weapons laboratories face a deadline Friday — be vaccinated or prepare to be fired.
A total of 114 workers at Los Alamos National Laboratory — the birthplace of the atomic bomb — are suing over the mandate, saying exemptions have been unduly denied and their constitutional rights are being violated by Triad National Security LLC, the contractor that runs the lab for the U.S. Department of Energy.
Which is quite outrageous, given that this deprives the U.S. of vital safety expertise on nuclear explosions which is the actual mission of the lab. It's also appalling because it leaves these scientists unemployed. They won't stay unemployed, of course. They can take their specialized knowledge and skills to other countries. Way to go, Joe, exporting our specialized scientists instead of our manufactured goods.

Let’s not forget every military scientist employed by the Army, Navy, Air Force and USMC as well, many of whom have TS clearances working on advanced technologies. Also the entire intelligence enterprise (NSA, DIA, CIA, NGA, NRO, etc.) are facing these mandates as well. Defense scientists and engineers as well as the DIA tend to trend more conservative so they probably have a fourth to a third of their workforce currently un-vaxxed, with only weeks to go.
These guys are just “anti-science”.

Well, it should be super easy to replace 100+ nuclear scientists. No problem at all.

They will be easily replaced….
Couple weeks training should be sufficient to adequately train a nuclear scientist.
As long as they first fire all of their Chinese “scientists”, that would be good for national security.
I’m okay until they mandate that all self employed workers fire themselves if they are not vaccinated.
Good opportunity to use affirmative action hiring to fix racial imbalance.
I’m sure the Mexicans and Haitians have similar education backgrounds and can fill the openings…

A reliable source reported to me most PhD scientists have disdained the “vaccine.”
Scientist tend to want to see the results of the EXPERIMENT prior to making a decision.
It is called a HYPOTHOSIS.
It is what they have been trained to do, throughout 4-10 years of higher education.
