Whether it’s their response to January 6 or to COVID, activist judges have abandoned the law and are engaging in tyrannical acts.
Thirty years of litigation work in the San Francisco Bay Area, which some might consider Ground Zero for activist judges, left me with a deep and abiding disrespect for leftist judges who are more concerned with their prejudices and feelings, than with facts and law. Two recent stories perfectly exemplify this.
The first story involves an Obama appointee who is reaming people arrested because they dared to do what leftists always do: Enter government property, including the Capitol, to protest. The second involves a father who is being barred access to his son until he gets a totally unnecessary vaccine.

In 2017, she ordered the Office of Refugee Resettlement (“ORR”) to ensure that a girl in its care got an abortion. Eventually, she ordered the government to make sure that all girls in ORR custody got to have abortions.
Chutkan also ruled against Betsy DeVos because Chutkan felt DeVos wasn’t doing enough to identify racial disparities in children identified for special ed, restrictive classrooms, and discipline. One of the things we know is that ending discipline based on race has been a disaster for schools.
Another Chutkan initiative was to try to block the federal death penalty by claiming that the federal government, by changing its lethal injection protocol, was violating the Federal Death Penalty Act. That decision is now pending before the United States Supreme Court.

Tanya Chutkan is one of 13 judges on the Federal District Court of the District of Columbia. An additional eight work part-time as Senior Judges.

July 14th, 2018 was a Saturday.
That was when the Justice Department filed its first criminal action against Butina.

Court-shopping is rigging the system to get one’s legal case steered to the judge most likely to rule in one’s favor.
It is only illegal if caught.
And if the opposing party objects to it.
Is this how Judge Chutkan got steered the Awan and Fusion GPS cases too?
Is that cause for a reversal?
How does the Justice Department keep on getting away with it?
Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-FL, has a brother, Steven, who works as a U.S. Attorney in the Prosecutors’ Office in the District of Columbia.
She is former campaign chairman for the DNC and the Hillary Clinton Campaign for President.
Wasserman Schultz is also the one who gave her passwords to Imran Awan.
Is that how the Butina, Awan, and Fusion GPS cases got “assigned” to Judge Chutkan?

Sexually harassing litigants and court staff
Taking illegal kickbacks from attorneys, medical experts and organizations like Comprehensive Family Services whom he appoints
Fabricating and falsifying evidence in cases before him
Altering transcripts to conceal unlawful rulings and his abusive behavior
Engaging in extrajudicial conduct by reaching out to the New York Post and Daily News to bully and smear litigant with negative press
Unlawfully arresting litigants and journalists trying to shed light on his misconduct
Demeaning litigants before him by calling them abusive names, screaming at them, challenging them to fights and unlawfully threatening them with jail time
Directing that children be ripped from parents without a hearing as required by New York law
Justice Cooper belongs behind bars, but we will settle for him being removed from the bench. We are therefore asking that his any and all of victims come forward and provide credible and accurate information of Justice Cooper’s misconduct and corrupt behavior. Let’s make sure no more families are harmed by this monster.

The U.S. is a Judicial Oligarchy. They are untouchable and will throw you in jail if you try to oppose them or even call them out.

Liberal judges will ALWAYS vote the party line even if if conflicts with their beliefs. Conservative judges will ALWAYS vote their conscience whether it follows the party line or not. The result is that the liberal line is constantly progressing and the conservative line is constantly receding. This means that slowly the liberals will win. The only way to fix this is for conservatives to vote conservative even if it is against their personal opinions.
