A UCLA anesthesiologist who is vocal about his opposition to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate was escorted out of his workplace Monday for attempting to enter the building unvaccinated.
In a video that he seemingly captured himself, Dr. Christopher B. Rake is seen being escorted out of the 200 UCLA Medical Plaza in Westwood by three individuals.
“This is what happens when you stand up for freedom and when you show up to work, willing to work, despite being unvaccinated, and this is the price you have to pay sometimes,” he says. “But what they don’t realize is that I’m willing to lose everything — job, paycheck, freedom, even my life for this cause.”

Others not so much.
How much longer is this madness going to go on. If it weren’t so sad it would be laughable.
It is very wrong to mandate such a “vaccine.”
It’s like mandating the 2019-2020 flu shot, only with greater side effects.
As long as we, the people, allow it to.
Well another good thing about early retirement....they don’t know if I’ve had the shot or not!
One of the best decisions I made in life was early retirement as it’s proven I’ve escaped so much I wouldn’t want to deal with in the workplace. I saw it coming as where I worked began requiring you solicit donations for organizations that had nothing to do with our company.......I refused to donate and management pressed hard that I do....even insulting me for not donating.
They are now using the claim of “trespassing” to arrest you. They can’t arrest you for not being vaxd (yet) so they shift a little bit and claim you are “trespassing”.
And being “vocal”, which means you express your opinion, is now sufficient reason for being arrested.
All this because Brandon said he was going to mandate the vax but never did.
I feel fortunate, too. I retired early to help with my folks. Would do it again. I was blessed with wonderful parents. Given what is transpiring in the field of education, I would have had to resign my position because I would not have introduced the evil state-mandated curriculum to the school districts in the area counties. Teaching is my passion and I had to say no to subbing this year because I’m not a mask wearer and I refuse to be part of teaching a curriculum that is against my religious convictions.
Notice the fat Karen saying “don’t come near me. I feel threatened if you approach me.”
What a Dem liberal pussy. I’d have approached him and kicked his ass.
Yes, you’re fortunate too. .....As I look back I truly think the Lord was guiding that decision. I read an article explaining how the math adds up better when you retire early rather than hold off until retirement age. ...even though the SS people promote otherwise. You can still work part-time and then later even work full time...and that exceeds greatly what you stand to gain by waiting.
I also retired early because I wanted to live my later years in charge of my daily life. I have loved every minute of it. I did work part-time for awhile after....and it was great knowing I wasn’t dependent on that work....I could leave any time. So eventually I did.
I cannot say enough about early retirement that’s favorable.
How much longer is this madness going to go on. If it weren’t so sad it would be laughable.
We live in a one party and post Constitutional country. The madness will continue until the purge is complete.
I would have loved for security to come get me to clean out my desk and escort me out of the plant. I would have loved to deal with lawyers as we later sue the hell out of them for unlawful terminations due to unlawful mandates by a Fraudster playing President. I wonder if that senile old idiot can even spell Maricopa County Audit.
And management needs lots of senior reactor operator licensed so it's not an easy decision for them to get rid of any licensed operators. I was an engineer so my license went toward the number they needed in reserve.
But early retirement was definitely the right decision for me too. It cost a bunch of retirement $$ I would have gotten if I kept working, but I now have a lot more $$ in the retirement accounts than I did when I retired. I bet on President Trump and shorted the DimWITS.
Well said!
