Once they were complicit in the kneeling to the National Anthem and disrespecting our Flag I lost all respect, caring, and interest in them. Also, let the black folk finance and support the NFL since they are mostly black and let the whites support elsewhere.

The leaked emails were part of the Dan Snyder /”Washington Football Team” investigation. The conspiracy is that this is related to the legal battles between Synder and the minority team share holders.
How? The dems desperately need black/brown votes to stay in power. They and their media cohorts have to stoke the racism/injustice/blahblahblah fires. Without that support the demonrats fade away.

$10000 is the price that Ralph Wilson paid for the AFL Buffalo Bills franchise. He was from Detroit. He wanted to have his franchise in Miami but another guy got that spot.
10 years ago through to 3 years ago. And he was sending emails to a Redskins corporate account. And the person on the other side of that account got mixed up in a series of hostile work environment lawsuits. Which got the NFL investigating the team. Which is how they found the long series of emails revolving around every slur out there. And then when the first email got leaked on friday he had the stupidity to act like it was a 1 time thing, not realizing that if they got that 1 they probably got the rest.
It’s not about political correctness. It’s about don’t be an ass. Especially not while leaving a trail on corporate servers. And don’t be the focus of a scandal. No good comes from that.
The Raiders just got sweetheart deal to move to Vegas and are selling out every game. So, their attendance is better than the many teams not selling out every game.
Gruden is entitled to every penny on this contract. The emails were written when he was an employee of ESPN and are NOT grounds to terminate his contract.
To the extent Gruden agrees to less than what he is owed, it will only be because doing so would allow him more job opportunities.
Additionally, Gruden should sue whoever released his private emails. He'd have a successful lawsuit similar to the one Hulk Hogan won a few years ago.
Gruden’s critics should have all of their emails exposed.
Think it’s the NFL Commissioner’s Office that pushed this.
Well, let the NFL pay Gruden then. IMHO, they will have no choice. Gruden would win in court, easily.
There is nothing performance-related in forcing him out. They did so based on decade-old private emails.
This is a prescription for a lawsuit.
