I do not know what the actual rate of incidence is... but my brother who is in his mid 50s and worked for decades as airline captain for Southwest Airlines just had his lucrative career ended. After taking the Covid jab which was “encouraged” by management... at his next FAA flight physical he was grounded because he had a swollen and inflamed heart. Now after visiting numerous specialists, he is considered permanently disabled. He and his family are getting about a third what he was when he was working so they are having to make some serious “adjustments” to their life style. Like selling their house, etc...

He has never had any history of heart problems and has always been very active and has stayed in excellent condition. But don’t worry I am sure that one of the physicians took the time to fill out a VAERS report... And if you believe that you are worse off than I thought.

He can do the VAERS report himself. Altho I’d list names of everyone at his job who encouraged him to get the shot (who still have jobs, I might add) and the physician treating him who didn’t take the time to fill out the VAERS report. Time to start holding their feet to the fire.

So they’re saying there will only be 400,000 ppl diagnosed with myocarditis for every 100,000,000 vaccines given? And they’re okay with that? Their new slogan should be: “If the vaccine saves 1 life (and makes BigPharma billions), it’s worth it!”

Let’s hear your vax status.

I’m a hard no on the Covid vax, ever. It’s a joy of self employment and having a source like FR for information to make rational choices.

But you, over there, must be a vaxxer. From my years in Berlin, you folks are followers, not leaders.

Return to Play - 7 day return to activities plan for covid kids

Myocarditis (or pericarditis or myopericarditis) from primary COVID19 infection occurred at a rate as high as 450 per million in young males. Young males infected with the virus are up 6 times more likely to develop myocarditis as those who have received the vaccine.
Jul 27, 2021
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34341797/

Researchers analyzed data from more than 900 hospitals and found inpatient visits for myocarditis were 42% higher in 2020 compared to 2019...Among 36 million patients, about 0.01% had myocarditis between March 2020 and February 2021. The median age of people with myocarditis was 54 years, and 59% were male. About 42% of patients with myocarditis had a history of COVID-19, mostly within the same month. The team determined the risk of myocarditis to be 0.146% among those with COVID-19 and 0.009% among those not diagnosed with COVID-19.
https://www.aappublications.org/news/2021/08/31/covid-myocarditis-risk-children-083121

Only 2.13 individuals over 100,000 suffered from myocarditis after inoculation – or 0.0000213% according to a paper by researchers at Clalit Health Services and Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva. Most cases were mild.... [In a second study]...a rate of approximately 1 per 26,000 males and 1 per 218,000 females after the second vaccine dose, with the highest risk again among young male recipients,” the authors wrote.

Nice bunch of propaganda.

Keep tracking over time as each additional booster shot increases the odds of myocarditis.

Here’s a good study establishing that only 2% or so of all the cases of anaphylactic shock, one of the most severe and obvious side-effects of vaccination, are being reported to VAERS.

https://www.skirsch.com/covid/Deaths.pdf

If the under-reporting rate is the same for myocarditis, then the frequency among young males is more than 1 in 500. And the total number of deaths is way more than 10,000...

If the number of vaccinations was 25x higher than used in the preprint then the rate is 25x lower, or 1 in 25000.

Here’s a good study

Its not a good study. It is raw data listing everyone who died around the time of the injection and since 7,000 Americans die each day its easy to get bs numbers. The main guy behind it, Steve Kirsch, is a computer guy with no medical background at all. In fact in other postings, he is listed as a Dr. when in reality its an honorary degree for his monetary gift to a school.

"During that hearing, Dr. Steve Kirsch, director of the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund, claimed that the injections are killing more people than they’re helping"

The pre-print paper had used an incorrect figure for the number of doses administered in Ottawa over that two-month period, however.

Between the week beginning May 30 and the week starting July 25, there had been 845,930 vaccines administered in the Ottawa region, according to data published by Ottawa Public Health, which is far greater than the figure used to calculate the incidence rate (32,379) ( here ).

The denominator (total vaccines administered over a two-month period in Ottawa) used to calculate the incidence rate of myocarditis in the pre-print study was approximately 25 times smaller than the correct figure.

The study was then withdrawn on September 24 and in a statement the researchers said: “Our reported incidence appeared vastly inflated by an incorrectly small denominator (ie number of doses administered over the time period of the study). We reviewed the data available at Open Ottawa and found that there had indeed been a major underestimation, with the actual number of administered doses being more than 800,000 (much higher than quoted in the paper)” ( archive.is/UCKQK ).

“In order to avoid misleading either colleagues or the general public and press, we the authors unanimously wish to withdraw this paper on the grounds of incorrect incidence data,” they added.

Meanwhile, numerous blog posts that reported on the study did not issue an update on these blogs regarding the retraction, nor did they mention that this study was a pre-print that had not been reviewed.

This is 100% correct. The authors miscalculated that they could actually publish the truth and now must get their minds right.

The original pre-print spread like wildfire, and was posted a couple of times here at FR.

That’s not surprising, as they were reporting findings that the incidence of myocarditis was 10 times greater than everyone else in the world was finding (ie, 1-4 per 10,000). The authors themselves noted the anomaly as a caution in their original abstract.

As you point out, it was quickly obvious that something was fishy, as the number of doses was publicly available, and they were off by more than an order of magnitude.

Some stories are just too good to check, I guess.

Also I'd list names of everyone at his job who encouraged him to get the shot (who still have jobs, I might add) and the physician treating him who didn't take the time to fill out the VAERS report.

I appreciate your suggestions but they are of limited value to my brother and his family. It has been estimated by numerous sources that VAERS has been used to report maybe 1% to 2% of known cases of people who have had adverse reactions from the Covid jabs. Most physicians still believe that they do more good than harm and want nothing to do with a reporting system that adds to the “confusion” people have about getting vaccinated.

These days if you get ten minutes of time where a physician actually does anything other than look over the results of your blood work during a “physical” you are lucky. The typical medical practitioner will have nothing to do with a VAERS report nor will his subordinates. Who is going to reimburse them for their time? Are they going to charge the patient extra.

During my last physical six months ago I asked my physician about VAERS when he started encouraging me to get one of the vaccines. He didn't have any idea what I was talking about. And he has always seemed more on top of things than other doctors that I have seen in my lifetime. By the time I left he was a little more familiar but the chances of him or anyone at the clinic I go to being in possession of a VAERS report or filling out one is next to zero.

As far as those who “encouraged” my brother to get the shots... that has come down from the top. Southwest is of course now requiring all of their employees to get the jabs. So taking the names of those who were telling people to get the shots before it was officially required for employment really makes little sense.

Especially when the stories are critical of the vaccines.

Now, this article/report is being categorized as lying fake news.
