Don't get me wrong, the guy the protester is protesting is a bona fide jerk. Nevertheless, looks like a threat to me. Why isn't DOJ investigating BLM?

Normally, you’re right, but since the DOJ is now investigating parents who complain about critical race theory to school boards as domestic terrorists, it seems that this protestor should be held to the same standard.

I am willing to bet that the innocent, perfect neighbor has or had a tendency to play Rap loudly, and has friends who show up and call everyone they know N-word-ga in the quiet and neighborly way that is quite common in society.
This guy is pushing back. Ask anyone who has rap loving neighbors, and booming car stereos.

Seems to me that just holding up a sign, without any woodchipper in evidence, is significantly less disruptive to the peace of the neighborhood than the neighbor blasting the N-word and monkey sounds with powerful speakers.
