Re: the Texas shooter of earlier this week, Timothy Simpkins, I find it interesting that his name does not appear on the Tarrant County Texas Inmate Search database. Simpkins was released yesterday. Has his case already been lost?
Also, I would like to know the name of the Judge that released Simpkins.

What’s amazing is that he was charged, appeared and bailed in less than 24 hours.
You do see that as rather extremely, incredibly unusual?
Usual process from arrest to bound over/charged/indicted appeared and released takes a few days to weeks....
Highly unusual, but then I an not that familiar anymore....
