I have to go the religious exemption route to avoid the jab. Going with the aborted fetal cell arguments works with J&J but Pfizer and Moderna do not use aborted fetal cells but their technology does. It seems to be pretty weak argument to me.
Any ideas? Thanks.
I don’t see anything about the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 innje tion being FDA-approved for anyone—only authorized for emergency use. If it’s the same as Comirnaty, is the some reason why FDA won’t approve it?

Here are the facts:
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/Pfizer-BioNTech.html
Pfizer-BioNTech (COMIRNATY) Name Change
Pfizer-BioNTech (COMIRNATY) received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval on August 23, 2021, for individuals 16 years of age and older. Once vaccines are approved by the FDA, companies can market the vaccines under brand names. COMIRNATY is the brand name for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. Now that the FDA-authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine has been approved by the FDA for individuals 16 years of age and older, it will be marketed as COMIRNATY. The use of the name Pfizer-BioNTech will still be used for individuals 12-15 years old since this age group has not been approved. There has been no change in the formulation of the vaccine since the name change.
that is from the cdc the fda only approved Comirnaty .
Y. All descriptive printed matter, advertising, and promotional material relating to the
use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID‑19 Vaccine clearly and conspicuously shall state
that:
• This product has not been approved or licensed by FDA, but has been
authorized for emergency use by FDA, under an EUA to prevent Coronavirus
Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals 12 years of age and older; and
• The emergency use of this product is only authorized for the duration of the
declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of emergency
use of the medical product under Section 564(b)(1) of the FD&C Act unless the
declaration is terminated or authorization revoked sooner.

From Page 3 of the letter you posted: “COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is the same formulation as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and can be used interchangeably with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.”
They do. See Lozier institute website.
Any use of abortion in any capacity is abhorrent.
footnote 10
10 The licensed vaccine has the same formulation as the EUA-authorized vaccine and the products can be used
interchangeably to provide the vaccination series without presenting any safety or effectiveness concerns. The
products are legally distinct with certain differences that do not impact safety or effectiveness
Thanks for that article. It answers some questions, and opens up more. There seems to be complication where the shouldn’t be any. Legal wrangling behind the scenes? Avoidance of liability? I don’t know, we are in the dark. Where is the Comirnaty, or blanket approval for both? If they’re the same, why not approve both?
I am going to lose my job Dec.8. Our company has made that the deadline and they even put out a schedule for when the last time to start the three vaccine regimens is.
In the email to us they said that there will be a form to accommodate “sincerely held” religious beliefs. The form has not been given to us yet.
I am going to be rather general in my religious reasons and stress that my beliefs are sincere because I am willing to lose my job over the beliefs. I will focus on the word they provided in the email and not try to give them a spiritual discourse of which they feel quite capable of rejecting using “logic”
Thank you for this site.
Taliban resist the vaccine for religious reasons

They have both been approved. They are the same vaccine. Too many people here do not seem to understand the terms “identical” and “interchangeable”. Something cannot be “identical” and different. Something cannot be “interchangeable” and different.
A lot of the misinformation about the legalities stem from an interview with Dr. Robert Malone in an interview with political strategist Steve Bannon on Aug. 24, Malone misleadingly said that the fully licensed product is not yet available — even though federal officials say the licensed vaccine is the same formulation as, and interchangeable with, the vaccine authorized for emergency use. He then falsely claimed that the vaccine that is available carries with it different liability implications.
Malone has since withdrawn this allegation: “Malone did not respond to our request for comment, but acknowledged in an Aug. 30 tweet that he was “wrong” about the purported differences in liability. Malone told the Washington Post‘s Fact Checker: “On this particular legal liability issue I did not hunt down the details myself, and relied on comments from a third party lawyer which were not fully correct.””
@ BRL
Same deadline as you and same boat as you (no process to submit medical or religious exemption yet). For my organization, I am thinking they’ll drag the process out and reject me at the last minute. So, there is no time to take the jab and I am fired. I read about cases online where people’s exemption get rejected and promptly get fired w/o a chance being offered to take the jab.
I don’t have money to hire lawyers to battle them.
@ BRL
Diversity office has been lamented that there is not enough turnover rate so we are not diverse enough. This is a great time to increase the turnover rate and make it more diverse! As you can see in my name, I am not even white but diversity office says I am not diverse enough for them!

Where can I book an airline ticket to Kabul then fly back as a “refugee”?

The latest is “2SLGBTQQIA”...I am not kidding! Justin Castro was tongue tied trying to say it LOL!
@ Lazamatz
Thank you!
I wrote a letter but may make it shorter. But there is no process to submit the letter! I can submit after the deadline, the fired!
Yes that is correct. The standard is “personal” “sincere” and “deeply held.”
Veganism, worship of the sun god Ra and other beliefs have been held as meeting the standard.
