Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), said that the United States still does not have an FDA-approved vaccine for COVID as he exposed what was really approved by the government agency on “Fox News Primetime.”
The FDA put out a fact-sheet on the Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty vaccines. That’s plural, because one is not the other and the FDA even makes that distinction on their fact-sheet. On the fact-sheet, Pfizer says that the FDA approved the Comirnaty vaccine which was created by Pfizer for the company BioNTech. BioNTech has said that it will not be made available until 2023 or possibly 2024.
Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 says that no employer, including the federal government, can mandate employees get a vaccine that is experimental, meaning under Emergency Use Authorization. This goes back to the Nuremberg Code. It’s Nazi behavior to force innocent people to take medicine into their bodies that they don’t want to as an experiment, and that is exactly what President Joe Biden and his administration are trying to do.
Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the “FD&C Act”) vests the Secretary of Health and Human Services with the permissive authority to grant Emergency Use Authorizations (“EUAs”) providing that appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed: [emphasis added]
1. that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
2. of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
3. of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks. [emphasis added]

The legal distinction is that the Pfizer vaccine is still under EUA and the COMIRNITY vaccine is not, but the COMIRNITY vaccine won't be available in the United States for another year or two, probably not until the supply of the Pfizer EUA vaccine is used up.

Wasn’t the whole predicate of the military being able to force the vaccine on it’s soldiers, that they were receiving and FDA approved vaccine and not an emergency use one.
Anyone have good info for federal employees to resist being forced into the shot?

The latest Public Health data shows that Covid-19 vaccinated people have accounted for 81% of Covid-19 deaths this summer, whilst UK Government data shows that Covid-19 deaths are over 11 times higher than this time last year, and Office for National Statistics data shows that since teens were first given the Covid-19 vaccine there has been a 63% increase in deaths among teen boys compared to the same period in 2020.
The UK is essentially in the midst of a national disaster with a vaccine programme that has clearly failed, but more worryingly has also killed children, and will kill more. because we seem to have a problem in the UK where a huge majority of the population do not believe a single thing unless it is shown on the BBC News.
But the data could not be more clear.

It’s obvious this was a contrived deception by the FDA and Pfizer. It’s an instance of having your cake and eating it. The two need to hide behind the EUA because Pfizer gets its liability protection and the FDA can continue to ban HCQ and Ivermectin. They are purposeful connivers giving others like Biden enough smoke to lie and claim that the vax has now been fully approved and no one has a reason to refuse the jab. Yes, it’s a continuing crime against humanity, murder most foul, and sinister as hell would have it.

This is the question of all time. I have pondered this for months and some time ago I could only come up with one conclusion - that the world is being blackmailed into this experiment by a ‘force,’ which no one on this planet will admit to the public that they are unable to oppose or control. How else is it possible to have the world, now for two years running, going along with this planetary genocide?
We’ve been watching the last/final season of “Goliath” which is about the corruption of big pharma. The episode last night had the owner of a company releasing a defective drug. He and his assistant were laughing about how easy it is to buy off TPTB at the FDA to get approvals.
I see this whole COVID fiasco as a global IQ test that the human race collectively failed.
