The pandemic is leaving its imprint on all of us, but some experts suggest it may be most keenly affecting babies and toddlers.
A new study by researchers at five universities found that babies born during the pandemic may have lower IQ scores than those born before it. Babies who came into the world before the coronavirus had a cognitive score hovering around 100, according to this study. But the test scores of babies born during the pandemic fell sharply, to around 78. That’s 22 points lower than what’s considered normal.

With so many people working from home, it could be from overexposure to idiot parents instead of the people who get paid to interact with and watch children, namely, child care workers. Crazy, but possible.

Well, it sure seems to have lowered the IQ of the average sheeple by about 20-50 points. So many usually sane people have become conned by all the Covid bravo Sierra, even a number of FReepers.
Instead of ‘Canadians’, how about ‘Canadian sheeples’? Unfortunately, of the 38 million or so in Kanadahar, approximately 35 million fit that category, perhaps even 37 million!
I do... The less time babies and toddlers are able to see facial expressions and mouth movement in the formation of words.
When people with lower IQ’s are having most of the babies, the average goes down. Duh....
Not just IQ but Social IQ as well. Humans communicate very subtly through a myriad of tiny facial gestures, most of which are concealed by the mask (which doesn’t stop the spread of the disease n the first place).
