The UK is one of the most “vaxxed” places on the planet. Over the last 7.5 months, out of the 100 people that have died after getting covid, 63 of them were fully vaccinated. What more do you need to know than almost twice as many vaccinated people are dying than unvaccinated?

If 63% of the deaths came from 82.5% of the population and 37% came from 17.5% of the population, the 82.5% of the population obviously had significantly higher protection. What about this are you not following?

Does it bother you that folks that have died for other reasons, like getting into a motorcycle accident were counted as a covid death?
Does it bother you that the Director of Public Health, in the state of Illinois, stated that NO MATTER HOW A PERSON DIES, IF THEY HAVE/HAD COVID AT THE TIME OF DEATH IT WILL BE COUNTED AS A COVID DEATH? So, if Gang Member Pookie gets his head blown off by Gang Member Peanut, but they test Pookie at the morgue and he has COVID, that his death will be counted as a COVID DEATH?

Does it bother you last year there were less than 1700 cases of the FLU reported in the US last year and that the CDC had to admit that the PCR test can’t differentiate between the flu and COVID?

To use your analogy....If 100 people died as a result of a car accident, 63 of them were wearing their seat belt and still died.

You, also have made your mind up. You got the shot. You were told it was going to protect you from COVID.

YOU WERE LIED to and then told that it won’t keep you from getting COVID.

YOU WERE LIED to again and were then told that you wouldn’t be able to transmit the virus, one that you weren’t supposed to get because you got the shot.

YOU WERE LIED to again, when they told that it will make your symptoms less severe.

YOU WERE LIED to again when they told that it will keep you from dying as opposed to those who haven’t received the shot.

It would appear that you also have no problem with the CDC being forced to change the decades old and accepted definition of what a VACCINE does, to accommodate what is floating around now.

The data that Sen Johnson shows says...of 100 people that died as a result of COVID - 63 of them were fully “vaccinated”.

If you have “buyers remorse” over getting a shot, for a virus that your probably already had or will have a 99.7% chance of getting over, that’s on you.

Can it and is it serious for some people? Absolutely.

One thing I’m not going to do is play statistician over justify an action or a response, so I can feel good about myself and try to shame others that aren’t scared of the boogeyman like you are.

The stat manipulation, after being normalized, equates to about 80% of deaths have had the jab.

Bottom line is the injury rate is about 150,000 out of 160 mullion vaccinated, so still about 0.1%. Same for unvaccinated, so why the penalties for not talking it? One essentially is doubling risk of injury by taking it and it doesn’t immunize you. Worse, it is making unchangeable effects to your immune system.

The only data the public is allowed to see from the CDC is the VAERS report.

Not true...one of the largest health care providers in the country just released the preliminary results of a comprehensive 6M+ study, which follows mRNA vaccinated patients for three years...specifically monitoring them for 23 different adverse reactions. It is the largest and most comprehensive study of its kind in the country.

I follow that 99.7% of the population will get over COVID, most without ANY medical intervention.

IMO, your logic is inescapable. In Israel, Haaretz reported similar data. And I believe that an understanding of mortality rates in the fully vaxed would require data on the age and preexisting state of health of the breakthrough victims. I would expect the more numerous older vaxed, at risk persons to be in more danger than say healthy, unvaxed young adults..

You seem to have missed the point completely again... Polio not mutating readily has almost nothing to do with its inability to infect animals under normal circumstances. The only relevance is that because it does not readily mutate it still is not causing problems for animals outside of the lab. But fear not my friend Fauci and company could easily create a gain of function variety that could wreak havoc in the animal world.

One of the bartenders at my local bar, along with her husband, came down with Covid a little more than two weeks ago. She and her husband are both unvaccinated, but have been taking several of the OTC products that have been recommended to stave-off severe Covid infection.

Her symptoms resembled those of a common cold, and I don't think either of them was hospitalized. She returned to work yesterday, but his recovery is taking longer He weighs over 300 pounds, which is probably one of the things holding him back.

If you look at those same Worldometer graphs for India, you will see an even more impressive drop in both cases and deaths. India, with a much lower vaccination rate than the US or England, had a huge Covid spike in the Spring. It ended in late June and there has been no increase since then. India used Ivermectin and other treatments, as well as the vaccines.

In the US, Florida and several other southern states saw huge drops in cases after they ramped-up the monoclonal anti-body program. This seemed to alarm the Biden administration, so they put a squeeze on the supply, forcing Florida to buy directly from the manufacturers.

I am unvaccinated, but will not try to talk anyone out of taking them. I do not have a smug attitude of invincibility, and take several OTC products that have been reported as Covid prophylactics.

I do not claim that vaccines aren't effective in providing most people with a temporary protection against a severe case of Covid, but I am leery of them because some prominent medical authorities - along with everyday doctors - have predicted the vaccines will have deleterious effects in the long term, some of which are already showing up in clinical practice.

My response to that is that the Covid vaccines aren't the polio vaccine, and they don't work in the same way. I checked the other day, and in the past 50-60 years, the US has pulled dozens of drugs off the market, some of which had been in use for many years. No...you'd have to reproduce the UK data in other countries with low vaccination rates to say mortality was lower due to Delta being weaker.

For example...the data from India suggests the Delta variant is actually much more deadly than earlier variants...over 4,000 deaths per day vs. ~1250 per day earlier

We have no data on whether our breakthrough cases broke through Pfizer or J&J or Moderna.

My wild guess is that they were mostly Pfizer, which seems inferior or its dose was too low.

Of course this would not be reported, even if it were known.
