Wrong. The chart shows that the Delta variant is more contagious yet less deadly. That’s it. That’s exactly what vax hesitant experts predicted would happen and why they opposed mass vaccination. In fact, one even said what’s occurring is the worst case scenario.
The chart shows that the Delta variant is more contagious yet less deadly. No...you'd have to reproduce the UK data in other countries with low vaccination rates to say mortality was lower due to Delta being weaker.
For example...the data from India suggests the Delta variant is actually much more deadly than earlier variants...over 4,000 deaths per day vs. ~1250 per day earlier
