Well, since his wife died, he’s joined a couple of these cooking clubs/shows, and this is a variant of a recipe he got. He always sends me pics of his masterwork as soon as it’s done, and it looks delicious. I’m overdue to go visit his new home in WV, so I think it may be time to go gorge, drink beer, and shoot guns.
