LANSING, Mich. – Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on Wednesday will deem some Republican-backed budget provisions unconstitutional attempts to restrict COVID-19 public health measures but allow language limiting potential state and municipal vaccination requirements. The Democratic governor’s moves will come in conjunction with her signing $55 billion in spending two days before the new fiscal year starts.
“These dangerous, anti-public health boilerplate provisions that seek to tie the hands of local health departments and municipalities will not be enforced as part of the final budget because they violated various aspects of the Michigan Constitution,” spokesman Bobby Leddy said in a statement.

That person is why I will steer clear of female supervisors. I know there are good ones out there and heard of some.
Last week the headline here in Michigan was that she AGREED to these very two provisions she is now vetoing. We knew something was up. She is pitiful.

I’m hoping Chief Craig will encourage the black vote to stay home.
As you know, they won’t vote for him but what they do is show “support” by not voting at all.
Separate Legislation is the only way…….it needs a huge majority to make it veto proof.
In 13 1/2 months is the election.
If she loses, I’m sure Biden will scoop her up for something.
She’ll became the entire country’s problem then.
