"I, Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Long, MD, MPH, FS being duly sworn, depose and state as follows:

"1. I make this affidavit, as a whistle blower under the Military Whistleblower Protection Act, Title 10 U.S.C. § 1034, in support of the above referenced MOTION as expert testimony in support thereof."

"2. The expert opinions expressed here are my own and arrived at from my persons, professional and educational experiences taken in context, where appropriate, by scientific data, publications, treatises, opinions, documents, reports and other information relevant to the subject matter and are not necessarily those of the Army or Department of Defense."

-----> "15. It is therefore my responsibility and that of every leaders to apply the steps of risk management to the current pandemic and countermeasures used. The CDC and the FDA are civilian agencies that do not have the mission of National Defense that the DOD has. Guidance and recommendations made by these civilian agencies must be filtered through strategic perspective of national defense and the potential risks recommendations may have on the health of the entire fighting force. Ensuring that the health of the fighting force is not compromised is a strategic imperative, for which every military physician is responsible to of the entire fighting force. In an information paper, it was stated that, “Unit personnel should use only as much force as necessary to assist medical personnel with immunizations.” The use of force to administer a medical treatment or therapy against the will of a mentally competent individual constitutes medical battery and universally violates medical ethics. Currently, I am not aware of the Comirnaty available within the DOD. Emergency Use Authorized vaccines, despite the attempt to characterize some of them as approved despite such approved versions not being available and regardless of a military member’s prior immunity to Covid 19; even where it may be demonstrated with a recent antibody test."

IMHO the situation now is very similar to FR prior to and shortly following when FR officially became Trump Country...Trolls and disruptors trying to subvert sharing of information for those who wish to see it. Always was the same ones...Just like now

If people want to take the jab, they do so at their peril. They can get it “free” at Walgreens, state welcome centers, stadiums, etc. and live happily ever after (or so they think).* Sheesh...But let others study and wait without all the disruption. No one can say there was not information available for their decision-making...

In a court of law, if you got vaccinated today, you got the experimental Pfizer.

There is one difference - the Comirnaty actually has a Comiranty label.

We will not see the Comiranty until Moderna and J&J get their FDA approval.

No, and that's a good point. The Kaiser study omits 'death' as an adverse reaction, which is a bit counterintuitive considering the objective.

At least one doctor commented to JAMA about that, and requested a supplemental report be prepared focused on deaths that occur among the study group. We'll see if that happens going forward.

-- Your point that there is a "growing pile of evidence that the vaccines are safe and effective" is, in my opinion, arguable from the "safe" perspective as reports of injuries and illnesses continue to pour in and as they are reported by the CDC, and reasonably disputable from the "effective" perspective as these vaccines do not, as do most other vaccines, prevent contracting, spreading and becoming ill from the very disease they have been designed to control.

What I meant is that every day that passes without an uptick in adverse reactions amongst the Kaiser study group is another stone added to the pile of evidence the mRNA vaccines are safe. The VAERS self reporting system is flawed, and while it serves a useful reporting function the Kaiser study is a much more robust and verifiable source of adverse reaction data.

I agree...and the Kaiser study of 6M+ vaccinated patients is a big step in that direction!

You can't even keep your links straight;

then tell me the first link was the one you meant.

Then try to blame ME for "looking back to 2020".

All I did was rely on the original link YOU supplied;

which you now affirmed was the one you meant.

The substantive systemic errors in that paper remain valid.

And in fact are being shown daily to have been a whitewash (presumably for money, given that Pfizer has made over $40 BILLION from the jabs; and Moderna has gone from $1.47 billion in the hole to billions in revenue, since mid-2020).
