I watched part of it yesterday.
Especially Logan’s recommendations for legislative changes.
I thought they were very good.
Especially the continuing audits.
Penalties for not compliance.
Those recommendations could set some great precedents for other states.
There is no way, to my knowledge, to remove a President once elected by the College.
You can only impeach and remove.
It is clear of criminal acts that invalidated the election in at least Maricopa County. I just don’t believe the democrats will allow justice, that is gone from our nation. Good people are trying in very humble, peaceful ways to get our government to recognize the illegality and to prosecute those officials who conducted these crimes...I truly feel for our good people.
I watched the retire thing waiting for them to get to the analysis of the paper ballots. They touched on it with the approval stamp clearly pre printed on some of the ballots but never got to the actual paper forensic exam.
Does anyone have an idea if its coming.

I am pleased that the official reports from Arizona are now posted as word documents and not as a picture document. Now it is easy to excerpt a portion and make a comment.
So here is my comment on the above excerpt from Fann’s letter to the AZ Attorney General.
The Arizona Legislature needs to amend the AZ voting laws to require the County Election Supervisors to keep voter rolls clean.
The audit team used the latest ‘people finder’ software, the US Postal Service databases and Social Security databases to find thousands of voters, who voted in 2020, whose voter registration information was not current.
The AZ Legislature, as well as, the Legislatures in the other 49 States need to clean up their Election Laws to compel County Election Supervisors to use the above named tools to keep the Voter Registration Rolls clean!!!!!!!
Elections only happen on a couple of days every two years. The Election Supervisors have plenty of time in the interim to clean up the Voter Registration Rolls.

I also listened to Logan’s recommendations. But I did hear him say anything about compelling the counties to keep the Voter Registration Rolls clean.
Wendy Rogers may view that as nothing but a speed bump.

Unfortunately for the voters in AZ that may be a sidetrack, even an intentional misdirection.
A RINO AG as suggested by jpsb upthread might well immediately launch an effort designed to take years to bear fruit, and not at all disturb the results of the election.
IMO, the principal remedy sought by the voters is not the identification and punishment of any wrongdoers, but the timely correction of an election that has been clearly demonstrated to have been significantly corrupted. This is regardless of who the actors were. Until then, the voters have to continue with the unpleasant realization they are living 24/7 with a corrupt government.
At this point, Wendy Rogers appears to be ready to step in the gap.
(Easy fix: install a reasonably secure ballot casting and counting procedure, conform with existing state statutes and conduct a do-over. And, enjoy a standing ovation from similarly situated states!)

Well, the first step is to stop saying you can't.
People keep saying that - “there’s no precedent” - “there’s no mechanism”.
But that would be rendered irrelevant if enough of the American people became convinced that Biden was not the true winner.
Think of what that would do - the wrong person is in the White House and everyone knows it - but that’s just the way it is because there is no precedent or no mechanism for removing him?
That would be like letting a child-molesting teacher keep his job because of some technicality - like evidence was gathered improperly - even though there is video of his crime!
No one would accept that outcome. It would be unthinkable.

Most of the AZ election board were Republicans but they fought any examination of the election to the death.
Do you think they were acting alone without the backing of Ducey?
There is only impeachment and removal from office in the removing a President. The electoral college can elect anybody it wants to, even the Jimmy the garbage man in Hoboken. They are not bound to respect the will of the people.
It’s all you have in your system. There are no do overs and the EC cannot undo what it officiates, as far as I know.
