People keep saying that - “there’s no precedent” - “there’s no mechanism”.

But that would be rendered irrelevant if enough of the American people became convinced that Biden was not the true winner.

Think of what that would do - the wrong person is in the White House and everyone knows it - but that’s just the way it is because there is no precedent or no mechanism for removing him?

That would be like letting a child-molesting teacher keep his job because of some technicality - like evidence was gathered improperly - even though there is video of his crime!

No one would accept that outcome. It would be unthinkable.

There is only impeachment and removal from office in the removing a President. The electoral college can elect anybody it wants to, even the Jimmy the garbage man in Hoboken. They are not bound to respect the will of the people.

It’s all you have in your system. There are no do overs and the EC cannot undo what it officiates, as far as I know.
