Attorney General Mark Brnovich released the following statement regarding the Arizona Senate’s draft report regarding the 2020 Election Audit in Maricopa County:
“I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority. Arizonans deserve to have their votes accurately counted and protected.” Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich
The Arizona Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has an Election Integrity Unit (EIU) that will thoroughly review the Senate’s information and evidence. The AGO cannot comment on specific allegations until its review is complete. For more on EIU actions, click here.
Attorney General Brnovich has taken numerous actions over the past year fighting for election integrity in Arizona, recently winning at the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) in Brnovich v. DNC. General Brnovich also consistently supported the Senate’s authority to conduct the audit, and in December 2020 the AGO filed an amicus brief supporting the Senate’s subpoena authority. General Brnovich also called for an increase in the hand count audit by Maricopa County back in November of 2020 to increase voter confidence in the results.

Only thing that’s gonna correct this is people start going to jail...for a LONG time.
Lemme know when that happens.
It’s not that good.
Lotsa huffin’ and puffin’ but I doubt they’ll blow the house down.

Massive prisons are going to have to be built to house all the commies.
Fox News got this.
This sounds really scary!
Sounds like:
“I will do good things, and will avoid doing bad things.”
Most politicians are willing to make that pledge.
Where was he Nov 4th?
Isn’t he running for the US Senate? I suspect he will do what the people want since he wants to win the upcoming race.
“...he will take the necessary action necessary...”
Is he sure this is necessary?
This afternoon Attorney General Mark Brnovich issued a statement announcing he will take the necessary action to close the barn door now that the horse has escaped and has been proven beyond all doubt.
Maybe he can finally do his job now?!
He will do whatever the PARTY wants since he wants their backing in 22.
What the party wants and what justice calls for may not coincide.
I think that was all we could ever hope for.
“ It sounds like the evidence is going to be used to bolster election integrity safeguards in future elections. To hell with the election that was just stolen.”——————
Unfortunately, there is no m charisma in the Constitution to address a fraud like this after the fact - not on the Presidential level. I think that the Founders never even considered that corruption could be this naked and widespread.
I think that we need a Constitutional Amendment that REQUIRES the Supreme Court to take a state challenge to the validity of a Presidential election; had the Court done so instead of taking the coward’s way out (if some of them weren’t complicit, which is possible), we might have had a more accurate and less fraudulent result.
I am of the belief that Trump not only won, but did so in a landslide. That galls me to no end, and I will never believe that the election was NOT stolen.
Unfortunately I feel like this was a set up by all the anti-trump in Arizona. They still came out with a Biden win but no serious intentions to investigate the ballots integrityi. In other words this make Biden and the filthy rats look good and Trump into another Hillary sore loser. Mark my words the rest of the audits are going to be dropped in a split second. I feel bad for our side the patriots who gave it their all while the elites GOP stabbed us in the back!
Time to get to work, AG, or are you all talk? The first presentation has documented 17k in multiple signatures on absentee ballots. All of those folks must be prosecuted for fraud.
