A federal grand jury has indicted Brian Laundrie in the disappearance of his fiance Gabby Petito -- not for killing her, but for using her debit card after she disappeared.
Laundrie, however, remains missing, and the search for him has not gotten any closer to clues about where he might be

Interesting...
I guess a good start ...
40 minutes ... and 35 of those are taken up with him straighten and moving things ...
Yeah, definitely guilty. Is as if they couldn’t care less that Gabby is dead. She was engaged to their son. Future daughter-in-law. And had been living with them in their home. But not a single tear or even a sniffle from them.
They are ugly inside and outside. What a monstrous family.
Good odds that he’s out of the country.
It’s interesting that Laundrie lawyered up immediately.
He hit the high seas for someplace without an extradition treaty. There are plenty of ex-pat criminals in Costa Rica.
My view is that the swamp is a distraction and is buying time for him to get through the Gulf of Mexico unmolested. There is a sailboat out there with him on it.
He`s got another girlfriend already.
They got Capone on tax evasion.
He used her credit card knowing she was dead..he kills her then spends her money..that’s cold!
They treat him like a Biden!
Let’s see, driving HER van, using HER credit card after she was dead, and today I read that he caused a ruckus with Gabby and some waitresses in a restaurant — probably the last time anyone saw Gabby alive. The story said he left the place and came back in FOUR TIMES to argue about the bill.
Gabby then came in and apologized for him.
No. Using someone’s credit card can be a felony or misdemeanor depending on amount and circumstance. It’s a start.
There is a good bit of truth in that statement. Guys like this seem to have zero problems attracting females into their webs.
They should quit looking for him in Florida and start looking for him in Mexico.
No, they never talked with him. He refused to talk on the advice of his attorney.
Yes, he might’ve fled earlier. Neighbors claim he and his parents went off in a camper on Sept. 11, the day Gabby was reported missing.
A ‘start’.
But I wonder how the legalities go, when two people are living together, perhaps amicably using the same bank account, with him having possibly deposited his own money in it.
Any help the parents give the murderer now could land the parents in jail.
FBI is on top of it!
The requirments to issue a warrant are not taken lightly.
Hollywood makes little sense in depicting procedures gor obtaining warrants, and the depiction is usually glossed over, a type of caricature, LEOs probably get a chuckle out of scenes.
And maybe that’s the “urban legend” of it all... it makes people think a warrant is issued at the snap of a finger. They’re not. The process is a wee bit more involved than that.
It was a credit card. Remember the van was in her name.
