The FBI has issued a warrant for the arrest of Brian Laundrie. The indictment describes his use of Unauthorized Access Devices--in particular a bank card belonging to Gabby Petito for things of value of $1000 or more on or about August 30-September 1, 2021.

Well, I don’t know what recourse the girl’s parents might have. Whether even a civil suit would work will all depend.

My guess is, he's hunkered down in some kind of half-thought-out shelter, orrrrr, since it's Florida, someone crazier has tracked him down or otherwise found him, killed him, and dumped the body where it won't be found.

I haven’t thought much of the trail camera/bystander pics that have emerged. But there was one reported by a flight attendant on a Canadian plane that could possibly have been him.

He has a pretty ‘generic’ appearance, though; so it’s impossible to know.

At this point, I think the possibility of ‘miracles’ is over - barring some time-travel machine.

No Florida law enforcement agency has jurisdiction over crimes committed in another state...

Not clear about what you are trying to say. The federal arrest warrant is not for killing Gabby. It is for using her debit card after she was killed.

You are correct. I don’t believe the parents liability started until the arrest warrant was issued. And, I think it is unlikely he told his parents the truth, even if he did murder her, which looks pretty probable right now. He likely spun some tale to them about an accident that he was certain he was going to be blamed for. I just doubt if he went home, and said, “Hey, guess what, I whacked Gabby” This is why I’d be reluctant to try to criminalize their actions, too. If they do anything to help him NOW, however, then it’s a crime.

At major gas stations where you pay at the pump requires just a pin number for a debit card and a billing address zip code for a credit card. Inside the store you put it in a card chip reader and the busy clerk usually never sees it.

I don’t believe he told them either.

Yes, you can do that. It’s most likely against the cardholder agreement. I’m aware people share debit/credit cards. That does not make it within the bank rules. And the FIB was clearly in no hurry to bust this dirt bag.

John Walsh of former show “America’s Most Wanted” says he believes the forest reserve is a false flag and the parents helped him escape in the pickup truck mounted camper. They were gone for three days and dropped him some place. Walsh’s tip line has supposed sightings in NW Florida and west. Walsh said he may be working his way west into Texas and then into Mexico. He left in the red p/u on 9/10 or 9/11 before the case was widely known and may have effectively disappeared. But if he is mental as suspected he may surface and hurt someone, and I hope he isn’t armed.

So when I see this video of Gabby Petito, I see my daughter because that is exactly what she would do, cover for him and take the blame.

When I see that video, I see myself. And I did cover for him for many years; the black eyes, the broken bones, etc. I recognize the anxiety, because living on the edge like that drives you to a perpetually anxious state.

Do you know why I finally left? He threw me down the stairs one night..and I didn't want him to spend the rest of his life in prison if he accidentally killed me. How backwards & messed up is that??

It is much like being a hostage, really. Narcissists purposefully DESTROY the victim's self esteem and gaslight them into thinking that there is something terribly wrong with THEM. Day after day after day. He temporarily isolated me from my family (took him a LONG time to do that). My friends felt so uncomfortable around him that they quit coming around.

It about killed me to leave. I never could have done it without my family going above and beyond to help me.

I will pray for your daughter. If I can ever help you in any way, let me know.

Laundrie's family had told police he had left home with
his backpack on September 14 and said that he was going to
the reserve near their home.

However, a source close to Laundrie's family told CNN that
he had left his parent's home without his wallet or
cell phone. The source told CNN host Chris Cuomo that this
left his parents worrying that he might hurt himself, the
news outlet reported, without adding
further details. Newsweek
