About 15 FBI agents and @NorthPortPolice raced to the Laudrie home with lights flashing and just went into the home with a lot of equipment. The home is now completely engulfed in crime scene tape. The latest from
Dang. You mean we need some evidence before we can arrest someone? That’s going to upset all these expert detectives on the FR.
Obviously, Laundrie should have called police the second his girlfriend was missing—and his parents should have walked him into the local police station the second he showed up at home—regardless of his “official” status.
Both failures are waving red flags.
Sadly, the NPPD never designated him as a suspect so he and the parents could do as they pleased.
If he ends up dead, it’s the parents’ and that attorney’s fault. If they’d turned him in two weeks ago, he might not be alligator dinner.
LE needs to check their bank accounts as he could be on a beach sipping umbrella drinks in some non-extradition country.
They’re registered demonrats.
He’s too fruity to be conservative. In the LE stop video, he refused a bottled water because, ewwww!, he doesn’t do plastic. Fine, let him go thirsty.
No plastic but he’s ok with murder (supposedly).
Wow!
The NPPD had Barney’s dumber cousin in charge. The chief said they knew exactly where he was but the very next day the parents reported him missing for 5 days. Then Officer Josh, who should also be fired, went on WFLA ranting it was the “keyboarders” who are to be blamed and the pd hadn’t been able to contact him for 5 days. Then the pd says he wasn’t a suspect so could do as he wished.
The parents drove out to the reserve and found his car with a notice to move it or else. They returned the next day and drove it home. So, his license tag wasn’t on any LE list.
Bottom line, the NPPD are liars from Liarsville.
Except her flip flops were left at the van’s rear door pointing in indicating she last took them off as she entered. Her body was found near where the van had been parked for several days. Park visitors have said it looked unoccupied as no one was ever around it doing camping activities.
Don’t know why he couldn’t have been arrested for grand theft auto. The van was hers. Ok, fine, she allowed him to drive it while they were together. But, she’s missing and presumed dead unable to tell LE it’s ok for him to drive it across state lines without her.
Did you see the pictures of the van when LE took possession of it? It was totally trashed. Gabby kept the van pristine to photograph for her vlog. They had argued over him tracking sand inside and her having to clean up behind him. It being so trashed appeared to be someone very angry and out of control.
During the traffic stop, he told the officers he didn’t have a phone. Later in the video, he pulled out his phone. Also, Gabby asked the officers to give him his charger.
He’s a liar.
Even for surveillance they still need probable cause and jurisdiction. With no evidence for interstate flight, that’s hard to justify. If the young woman were killed in Florida, the FBI has no jurisdiction. If she was killed in Wyoming, the local cops have no jurisdiction. This probably explains why he was able to slip away.
BTW, I would add that I seriously doubt they’ll find him alive. I could be wrong, but my guess is he’s taken his own life by now.
fibbers doing something....how refreshing....
arse and evil parents...
Between phone pings, cctv on nearly every business, traffic cams, home security, computer history, people videoing 24/7, etc. how anyone thinks they can get away committing crimes these days is beyond me.
someone's 22yro dtr goes off on a vacation in her van and with her fiance and he comes back with her van and she is no where to be found and the guy refuses to talk?....guilty in my book.
No, they weren’t arrested. The cops arrived with a warrant to search the property so they were escorted to wait it out in an unmarked cop vehicle. They were shortly let back in the house.
Wish they had been arrested and made to say what happened to both Gabby and their precious little angel son.

Laundrie family attorney says he’s holding a press conference tomorrow at 1pm in New York.
Lori Vallow’s kids must have buried themselves in her new husband, Chad’s backyard. Chad’s first wife just happened to drop dead right after his new wedding rings were purchased.
Leticia Stauch must have just misplaced her stepson Gannon.
Tristyn just happened to fall on Aiden Fucci’s knife 114 times so no way is Aiden and his flying demons guilty of anything. His mommy must have thought it was ketchup she so diligently attempted to wash out of his jeans. Where’s the law against washing out ketchup? Totally innocent. Move along. Nothing to see.
That innocent until declared guilty is followed with in a court of law to determine the punishment. People would never be arrested, much less make it to a courtroom, if we weren’t allowed to suspect them of being guilty of a crime.
No. I missed that. That is interesting.
There was no crime committed in North Port. They wouldn’t have had authority.
