"The news about Gabby Petito is heartbreaking. The Laundrie family prays for Gabby and her family,"
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
“But they aren’t legal experts.”
You know them?
Is it a fashion no no to wear black socks with sandals?
They are not seen in Muskogee.
“I am very reluctant to start blaming his family members for anything he might have done,”
If they had any decency they would have answered Gabby’s parents pleas for information.
The only reason not to is they KNEW she was dead.
“If they were involved, they would have just dropped him off somewhere and not told anyone anything,”
They retrieved mom’s car from the drop off point and didn’t tell anyone anything ...
OK, FR has decided the parents are guilty. I give up.
I’ve lived in either Florida or Texas all my life...never wore sandals, never will.
I used to have an artist friend (unfortunately passed, now) who noticed everyone’s shoes as she walked down the street. She was very judgmental about footwear.
I really don’t care what people wear on their feet - as long as they’re comfortable.
(If your feet hurt, everything hurts.)
“I’ve lived in either Florida or Texas all my life...never wore sandals, never will.”
Why not?
Wearing sandals allows your feet to breathe. It’s a good idea, when the weather suits.
(Of course, going entirely barefoot as often as you can is even better...)
Some common sense on this thread! instead of just speculation and self-righteousness.
Kudos.
“You don’t know Florida”
Ha!
I’ve lived in, boated, surfed, paddled, biked, run, walked motorcycled, and hunted Florida since 1965 and live mere blocks from the beach. Owned this homestead house since 1993 (Paid 73k back then). I LIVE the Florida life! ...except golf...because golf sucks. I still own and run a 30’ express with twin 300 outs nearly every weekend. I’ve run boats up & down the coast, around the keys and Bahamas for years. Fishing 25 miles offshore easy on the weekends, even alone. I’ve surfed Canaveral, Sebastian, Melbourne, down to Fort Lauderdale in hurricane swells. I’m 58, 6’ 175 pounds strong and still surf! Been through too many hurricanes to count, with multiple home repairs and volunteer hours to help others after the storms. I’ve run the A1A marathon, COUNTLESS 13.1 on the Beach, too many other races from 5k to 10k, including the Wellington horse country 10 miler up and down the state. I’ve run the Hemingway 5k MANY TIMES in key West, run the even mile bridge run three times, fished the dry tortugas, snagged Florida lobster for decades, caught swordfish, sailfish, reds, shark, snapper dolphin, cobia, Wahoo, kings, net my own bait and anything in between. Camped from big bend & springs area down to keys, west and east coast. Fished lake Okeechobee, the everglades and everywhere in between. Board shorts and tshirt land...with flippies everywhere. Except work.
I KNOW Florida Jack!
I live it and breathe it.
And NOBODY wears Roman sandals on the beach except liberals, vacationers and diabetics.
I’ve got more Florida sand in my flippies and welcome mat than your thin stab at sarcasm has sense.
You’re just throwing Texas sized cow pies (aka BS) with that statement about things you don’t know (until now) about me..but now you do know.
...btw...only time I left Florida was for college at SFA. Nac-a-no-where. Loved Texas!
Tell me ‘bout what all YOU know about Florida tex!
No
No they’re not
...shaggy hair neither
Ok, But if they DIDN’T know what Brian had/hadn’t done, and didn’t know she was dead, exactly what were they supposed to say? And, there is no telling what Brian told his parents, if anything. Yes, if they were hiding information, that’s wrong.
“And NOBODY wears Roman sandals on the beach except liberals, vacationers and diabetics.”
Those weren’t Roman Sandals and the photo wasn’t at the beach.
“I’ve got more Florida sand in my flippies and welcome mat than your thin stab at sarcasm has sense.”
Born in Florida, Raised in Florida, Retired in Florida. And wear my sandals to the beach!
“with flippies everywhere. Except work.”
I would NEVER drive with ‘flippies’.
Haven’t tried them, but if your feet are happy and piglets are in the sunshine and breeze, bless you.
I like olukai because of the arch support.
Used to like reef, especially with the bottle opener on the bottom. One day took my dog to the dog park nearby and stepped in “it”.
“it” filled up the bottle opener on the bottom and as I cleaned it, the ecoli light went on. Gross!
Now the church key is on the key ring =o)
“and hunted Florida since 1965”
Got my first Florida deer in 1954.
Never on my Harley.
But while I “drive with them”. I kick them off in the car and drive barefoot nearly all the time.
Not sturdy for driving.
Well...I’d say this slide drove this thread right into the culvert ha!
Sorryry for that!
