It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There’s also a private garden and roof deck.
The story of the unique building, called a “spite house,” dates back to when a man returned home from the Civil War and learned his brother had taken the property. So the man built the tiny house to block sunlight from his brother’s home.

Well...it’s worth a mil if someone will pay a mil. De gustibus non est disputandum.
WHO WANTS TO LIVE IN BOSTON?
1000 a foot ....lordy...that’s higher than most beachfront
Not me, and I was born and raised here.
At $3000/month for 40 years, not unreasonable for someone having the income and inclination to live in a high-CoL area. Novelty, history, and location make for good resale value. Interest rates are crazy low now, so lock it in ASAP.
I took a job in Boston. I lasted 10 months - about how long it took me to hit every historical site and pathway I could. Met some interesting people, ate some interesting food but couldn’t get back to Texas fast enough.
High cholesterol area? Who seeks that out for real estate decisions?
I liked Boston on Saint Patricks day.
The bars open at 7 the street fights start at 7:15
The combat zone was definitely an interesting place also
I need more sleep.
I thought the title said “Stinky House.”
If it was built after the Civil War, I would guess it was built to block sunlight to his brother's home or maybe he mastered fusion.
My father was in the Coast Guard during World War II.
He and his ship mates were on liberty in Boston one time, and they asked the locals where to go. They were told, “Whatever you do, DON’T go to the combat zone!”
So what DID they do? They went to the combat zone! I don’t think much happened....they just had a few beers in a bar.
On the other hand, when my family lived in Framingham, Mass. for a few years during the 1970’s, there was this guy in my gym class.
A few other guys took me aside and motioned toward this particular guy. They said, “See that guy over there? He goes to the combat zone and when he’s there he goes to whore houses!”
To myself I thought, “Holy crap!”

Lots of Boston area is great. Most the people that I know from there that have real jobs and work, aren’t liberal at all. It is also safer than most cities because they are very segregated.
Boston is/or was the city that had the largest number of college students anywhere around the world. It was second to only Tokyo. I am not sure if that still stands. The point is that the extremisms all originates from the colleges and universities. That is the sewer pipeline to America.
Only in ATL.
The only thing I liked about Boston was the clam chowder.
