At $3000/month for 40 years, not unreasonable for someone having the income and inclination to live in a high-CoL area. Novelty, history, and location make for good resale value. Interest rates are crazy low now, so lock it in ASAP.

So the man built the tiny house to block sunlight from his brother’s home.If it was built after the Civil War, I would guess it was built to block sunlight to his brother's home or maybe he mastered fusion.

Dated a red head from Boston 35 years ago for a year.
Far left feminist nut we mixed like oil and water and fought over politics every day
What they say about redheads in bed is 100% correct.
She died from breast cancer 6 years ago
Whenever I hear or read about Boston I think of her.

For 1.2 million I'd by a Villa in Italy for that amount of money...
In central Italy.. sits in 25 acres of private land and boasts its own vineyard, olive groves and ancient woodland, set amongst the rolling Tuscan hills. Innovative as well as idyllic, the property uses solar panels to provide hot water, while underfloor heating keeps the house warm in the winter months.

I was in Boston this past spring and walked by this place on the way to dine in the Italian section of Boston. First besides the fact it's very small there's no parking. And parking is a premium in that area. Not only in cost, but in availability. If it weren't for the inconcience, it might be a unique novelty if I had an extra million.
