I wonder how the state unemployment office handles that. She isn’t terminated. She didn’t quit. Does she fall through the cracks and get no benefit?
SHe’s got a compelling point: she and all of her colleagues had to work through this for up to 18 months with no vaccine, so what’s the point/purpose now?
We are at than moment in history where we either take a knee or resist. I choose to resist.
If any Biden supporting stooges tell you your employment is terminated, tell them to put your copy in writing, and to specifically state why you’re being terminated but do NOT sign it.
The entire staff should walk out.
I like how Security throws out the word, “cooperate”, with such a sinister tone and context. Very creepy.
They need to hire an attorney and file suit. This is insane. She brought up a great point, they worked all through the pandemic without a vaccine. I remember them being called hero’s, now suddenly they are “unprofessional”
I hope they get huge settlements.
I believe they need to give her a separation notice.
My wife’s hospital normally has 100 openings, across all departments and jobs.
They have 300 today.
Their mandate goes into effect on Monday. The current estimate is about 10% of the staff will not get the shot.
This will be fun to watch. Unless I get sick…
Not now, but in the near future, when the political winds change - EVERY employer who does this is going to face bankruptcy and/or criminal charges.
This will be bigger than asbestos, cigarettes and Japanese internment all rolled into one.
It isn’t about the virus or the vax. It’s a convenient reason for forcing people to choose between their conscience and their job.
After the virus is forgotten, the people will have been conditioned to doing as they are told. Only a few years of that are needed before the folks willingly accept totalitarianism. And that is the goal.
Welcome to Fascism .... where private or corporate entities have the power to do things to employees (they all have employment contracts that employees sign) .. and they do this because of government direction, thus ... a government entity under the guise of private enterprise
Kentucky is an employment at will state. The employer doesn't need any grounds to fire someone.
Absolutely disgusting and sickening. Whatever you think about the vaccines, anyone who loves freedom should draw the line at mandates.

Errrr. These people worked through a pandemic helping helping sick patients. Labeled heroes. And NOW they are fired. For what exactly? Making their own health care decisions! And the pure sheep that go along with it, that refuse to stand for the people and what is right. Looks like police security heck even most of the military will simply “follow orders” no matter how unconstitutional they are.
I keep saying this and I expect it to come true that sooner or later some black robed tyrant in a court will issue an order forcing FIRED nurses and other health care people to get the shot and report to work.
