A group of Miami fans used an American flag to save the life of a cat dangling from the upper deck at Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday night.
A stray cat somehow made its way to the top level at the stadium during No. 22 Miami’s 25-23 win over Appalachian State, but then slipped over the edge and was hanging on by just its paws.
Dozens of feet below, as people sitting in the end zone sections grew more and more concerned, several fans stretched out an American flag in an attempt to catch the cat.
The plan, incredibly, worked perfectly.

Heck it was obvious even when I was there, but that was pretty much amongst the faculty. I still suspect though the vast majority of students are at the very least apolitical. As I said on a thread the other day, part of the problem is that only wokesters are interested in things like Student Government, and these are the people who get associated with the universities, while the vast majority of students are just there to party, and think these wokesters are ridiculous.

Homeowner goes out the front door and tells both cat and dog to stay off the sofa. Of course as soon as the door closes, both jump up on the sofa. When they hear owner come back the dog jumps off but the cat stays and says “So sue me!”
and dogs don’t walk on kitchen counters after using a litter box...
