If they’ve proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the guy murdered it, then lack or presence of junk should have no effect on the sentence. It’s a murder. This is why “hate crime” laws are such garbage.

Males pretending to be females should certainly disclose their true biological status in a dating situation with another man. No excuse for leading an unsuspecting male into a sexual encounter when you are a male yourself and only pretending to be a female. Now some males apparently actually look for that sort of thing but it should still all be disclosed and known up front.
Now that doesn't excuse the killing of this person. If the murderer was truly a heterosexual, than based on the photo, he has pretty low standards for women!

The latest drumbeat the last several years has been a denigration of ANYONE who refuses to even consider dating a “transgender” person. “Transphobic,” they call us. And what they suggest now, they will most definitely mandate tomorrow.
This death, among others, will be used to further that mandate.
