Joe Biden is not a doddering old fool who bumbles his way through his day. More so, no President pulls every lever and turns every dial by himself. Everyone behind Biden in this administration is actively taking part in the destruction. When you have the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff testify under oath to Congress that the two largest dangers to the United States are climate change and white rage, and that same Chairman presides over the abandonment of almost $100 billion worth of sensitive and lethal military equipment to our enemies and the loss of 13 American troops while patting himself and his boss on the back for a job well done, you have someone actively participating in the destruction of the country.
Just go up and down the Biden administration along with Congress, along with the media, along with Big Tech, for more examples—surrender of the southern border, reversal of energy independence, reinstituting many Obamacare provisions, eliminating speech, blocking commerce—and it's a full-court and deliberate press of destruction. Long past time to call it that.
