Watching as an Ariana Afghan Airline 737 approaches the airport where Americans and Afghans have not been able to leave. This could mean there is a break in the stalemate. It's 3:24 PM in Afghanistan.
Thank you for this. You do FReepers proud.
Ehh, nothing but pallets of American tax dollars being delivered
...or a 7th plane full of hostages...
Bump
Can you tell the origin?
It’s 4:43 PM in Afghanistan and an AAA 737 just took off from Mazar-i- Sharif. Not sure if it was the one that landed about an hour or so ago.
It doesn’t say. But if you go to the link the flight log shows it made flights 9/4 and 9/5 to and from some unknown destination, to and from Mazar-I-Sharif
From yesterday...
Not on the inbound flight. It looked like the pilots turned on the transponder about 200 KM from Mazar-i-Sharif. The outbound flight is heading SE toward Kabul.
BM216 heading directly to Kabul at 4:53 PM.
Thanks for the info.

The Taliban may be “concentrating” their valuable hostages.
That’s what I’m thinking. They’re most likely going to concentrate them at the embassy to showcase them to the United States on the upcoming anniversary of 9-11.
How much did Blinken pay the Taliban to hold up the original flights so he could pretend to have arranged the release of “hostages”?
Wonder if he will out do Obama on the number of pallets of gold shipped?.
Oh — It’s comforting to know that Blinken and the US State Dept are the ones holding these people hostage, not the Taliban.
