The 3wk period of time before getting 2nd dose (4wks for Moderna), was intended as a MINIMUM. Somehow it became the norm & recommended. I think they’ll eventually find out that some people couldn’t handle it and either got sick or died. Waiting 6 wks or possibly more makes more sense.

Possibly. They’ve already observed that the elderly are assimilating the shots differently. The problem is, they aren’t recommending anything different. Same for the general population. It seems they should be recommending a longer wait time between shots for everyone, but Pfizer just wants to get as much used as possible in order to sell more.

Based on Dr David Bauer’s explanation, it does not appear timing makes a significant difference in regenerating destroyed neutralizing antibodies in the elderly. NOT GETTING the kill shots is the greatest predictor of survival…

Especially old people with existing comorbidities.

It is like asking a person with one foot in the grave and other foot on a banana peel to jump 4 feet high.

The vaccine induces stress by forcing the body to create ant-bodies. I am age 81 and healthy as a race horse. But even I felt very tired the day after 2nd jab. So I can imagine any old person who is obese, has bad heart and borderline diabetic would die soon after vaccination.

I am banking on being able to get that Antibody infusion in time...but by the time I need it they could have run out or the FDA could pause Regeneron like they did Eli Lilly

In Gwangju, an 81-year-old woman died an hour and 18 minutes after receiving the second Pfizer shot on May 12. Two minutes after her second shot, she lost consciousness and showed signs of anaphylaxis, or severe allergic reaction. In a preliminary examination, she was said to have no underlying disease. Health authorities, however, explained that none of the deaths reported so far are related to the vaccinations.
