I have slightly elevated blood pressure (Gee! I wonder WHY these days?!?!) and my Doc says NO to salt substitutes.
But, maybe I’ll hear differently now. I can’t stand how they taste in the first place, and I go without or use salt-free herb blends instead of salt, anyway.
