I have suspected their desire for the DNA gene pool has much more severe implications than “manipulating humanity.” They are planning to develop viruses and “cures” to eliminate entire races. Maybe make their Illuminati lines indestructible.

Easy way to know your Melatonin level is down. Take flush Niacin if you flush you’re melatonin is low. I eat a small bag of pistachios and I didn’t flush.

I’m not crazy about the flush - I’ve fortunately never had hot flashes, but I imagine it must be something like what the niacin flush feels like. And 500 to 1500 mg seems like an excessive megadose. I flush from much less, and I eat pistachios almost every day... it’s a staple around here. Not crazy about taking melatonin, either, as I’m always looking for supplements that increase mental sharpness and energy levels, not diminish them. I have no difficulty whatsoever in sleeping.

Still, I’m interested in reading about this and learning how it all works together.
