Listening to that guy rattle off how much military equipment is in Afghanistan makes one thing clear, war = MONEY.
600,000 small arms? Why would we purchase 600,000 small arms for an arm of 10,000 soldiers, or even 100,000?
Just a reminder that transfer of military hardware to most of the world without approval is a crime. Even selling a M1087 2.5 ton truck to a non US Citizen is a crime inside the USA.
Nobody is being held accountable for this travesty. Generals, CIA, State Department, or Biden and the executive branch. All failed.
Legend has it that after Saigon fell, there was an American contractor that make a deal with the North Vietnamese to buy a boat load of heavy equipment for pennies. He brought the equipment back to the US and ran a very successful construction company in So Cal.
A pre-planned withdrawal and they leave $83B worth of hardware behind. Think this was deliberate, I do. Our leader are enemy’s, treat them as such.

Congress did approve multiple times the transfer and funding for the Afghan defense forces under the government we set up for them. Those Afghan forces with the congressional approved hardware turned rail and ran thus surrendering to the towelhead Army of darkness. Sadly that doesn’t fall under the US law nor international arms treaty. Remember that Congress did directly arm the taleeebins in the 1980s billion and billions of dollars with we even gave them first rate stinger missiles. Watch Charlie Wilson’s war great movie and historically accurate. The USA created,.funded trained and armed the talees all during the 1980s with 100% blessings from our government on all three branches.
They won’t even sell you one if you had the money.
