The Mexican Navy helicopter was trying to reach areas affected by Hurricane Grace when safety officials were notified of a mechanical incident. On board were four officials including Veracruz State Government Secretary Eric Cisneros, who suffered only minor injuries.

The Taliban probably have more Helicopters and other Aircraft than Mexico Maybe.
But I don't think herding goats counts as adequate training for operating helicopters.
I guess they could find a good Youtube video for some pointers.
Still probably crash, the boneheads.

LOL, no doubt. When he hit and the blades disintegrated, but then it all came to a rest... I can barely conceive what an adrenaline rush he just had. “Adrenaline rush” - as in seeing your life flash before your eyes.

They have a fair number of Frigates and large patrol craft.
Even a couple of Hawkeyes.
Not much need for a deep sea Navy. Who would attack Mexico? Who would want it?

One other impressive thing in the video. The second part of the video showed numerous people, including young women, running straight in to help. It wasn’t even through moving and they didn’t wait to see if there would be a fire.
Refreshing to see that instead of 20 people all pointing their cell phones out it. Sometimes Mexicans are OK in my book.
