Well if it is a CIA leader or agent that is talking, you can pretty much be certain it is a lie, even without this gal’s tips.

First; set your television dial/remote to ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, FOX, or CNN...

Unspoken but the other side of the coin is that one becomes equally adept at “lying your ass off”. Not a criticism of law enforcement per se, just a personal observation.
And then you can look for these indicators and see how accurate they are, since it’s already an established fact that they are lying.
I have the same thing.
I hate techniques like this since they don’t work for us on the autism spectrum. I have to prove I’m telling the truth for these hacks to figure out their methods don’t work for people like me.

Couldn’t help but think of that common practice of Bidet touching his nose during speeches. Always thought it was a nonverbal indicator of a lie.
