BREAKING: Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, leader of the far-right group the Proud Boys, has been sentenced to 240 days (all but 150 days suspended) + fines for high-capacity mags & 60 days + fines for burning a Black Lives Matter banner stolen from a historic Black church
Correction (apologies!): There was confusion in the hearing so here it is, Tarrio's sentence: Judge ordered 125 days in jail on magazine charge, 30 days for destruction of property (BLM banner), consecutively. That's 155 days total behind bars and he must report on September 6.

SCOTUS has ruled that burning the United States flag is a protected act under the 1st Amendment. This guy should appeal...Federal courts.

You can burn your own flag. You can't steal someone else's and burn it. Torres has a target on his back. He should've known better. He could've burned his own BLM flag and then had a 1A case to make.
