Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.
In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

My rule of thumb is to never buy vitamins brands that are sold at Walmart or Target. They are packed with fillers and synthetics and most likely made in China. Find a good health food store or vitamin store (not GNC) An indication of a good vitamin shop is they usually have what I call a “vitamin sommelier” to help you find and select vitamins. Ask them questions. If they don’t know, they’ll look it up for you. Places I buy are Sprouts Market, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, or find your local boutique “granola” shop if you’re lucky enough to have one near you. Some brands I know for certain made in USA are Green Pastures, Garden of Life, Nordic Naturals, Puritan’s Pride. Otherwise would have to double check brands (you need to check not just manufacturing location, but also where they source ingredients) before listing them here. I’ve been a huge fan of Jarrow for years, but just recently received an email from their corporate headquarters (they responded to my email asking why they had stopped manufacture of NAC Sustain) and the answer was effectually, “It was easier to fold than to fight the FDA” so I will be rethinking my relationship with them.

I’ll have to check out Puritan’s Pride. So many vitamin brands, and if you read the online reviews, they all have a favorite and few, if any, seem to stand out.
