I have been reading about the cluster-foxtrot that Biden has allowed in Afghanistan and that the government is considering requesting that commercial airliners be pressed into service to rescue trapped US citizens and I thought to myself, what would be a better way to show how to lead than for Trump to send his personal jet to Kabul to rescue a planeload of Americans? He could have the crew shuttle them to a safe airport and go back after a couple of loads.
What do Freepers think of this idea?
This is not a time for Trump to showboat. That airfield is very low capacity and there are plenty of air transport assets for the capacity it can handle. Along with the fact most are leaving nearly empty. Trump needs to stand back and let these imbeciles “handle” it, because they wanted the frigging job, now they’ve got it. This won’t end this month or even this year. They will have thousands of hostages. In 6 months time a Commierat won’t be able to get elected to dog-catcher outside of NYC and San Fran.

The airport in Kabul is under the control of the US military and they would need to give approval for any landing or takeoff there. They won’t give it.
The only photo op is for the Tollybon. The only thing the democrats and the Tollybon hate more then America is Trump.
However. John Kerry has a fleet of private jets he can press for service.
I hasten to add: In my opinion I disagree Biden “allowed” this debacle, I suggest he simply is responding to his Chinese handlers who want to corner the market of rare earth minerals. No price is to great for him to pay in doing the Chinese bidding.
